UPDATE 3: Source: Rosneft raises bond offering to 25 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Jul 8 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Rosneft has raised the amount of offering of 10-year exchange bonds to 25 billion rubles from 15 billion rubles, a banking source told PRIME on Monday.
The final coupon guidance stands at 7.95%, which corresponds to an 8.11% yield to 5-year put.
The initial coupon guidance amounted to 8.10–8.25% annually which corresponded to an 8.26–8.42% yield.
The issue carries semiannual coupons.
The technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for July 15.
Russian Regional Development Bank, VTB Capital, Gazprombank and Sberbank CIB are the organizers.
